1.1 Cancellation by Customer
Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled by the Customer within 24 hours of placement without incurring any charges. After 24 hours, cancellation requests may incur a processing fee.
After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. The Customer will need to follow the return process as outlined in our Return Policy.

1.2 Cancellation by TRUTH BIOMEDICAL
We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:
Non-payment or fraudulent transaction.
Product availability issues.
Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
Compliance with applicable laws or regulations.
If an order is canceled by TRUTH BIOMEDICAL, the Customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
Damaged or Defective Products: If the Product arrives damaged or defective, you may return it for a full refund or replacement. The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-defective Returns: In some cases, non-defective Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The Product must be in unused, original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Non-returnable Items: Custom-built equipment, consumable items, and opened or used medical devices are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective.

Partial Refunds: In cases where the returned Product is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition due to reasons unrelated to TRUTH BIOMEDICAL, only partial refunds may be granted.
Defective Products: If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged Product for the same model, please follow the return process outlined above. Once the defective Product is received, we will ship the replacement item.
Non-defective Products: Exchanges for non-defective items are only allowed if the Product is unused and in its original packaging, and the Customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
