These Terms & Conditions govern the sale, purchase, and use of the Company’s Products and Services. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges their agreement to comply with these terms.

3. ORDERING & PAYMENT

• Order Placement: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Pricing: Prices are listed on the website and may be subject to change without prior notice. All prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

• Payment: Full payment must be made before shipment. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods specified at checkout.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in Rupees & USD.

4. DELIVERY

• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.

• Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be added at checkout unless otherwise stated. These fees vary depending on the location and size of the order.

• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Eligibility: Products can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

• Notification: The Customer must notify the Company within 1 days of receiving the Product if it is faulty or damaged.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, the Customer must contact [Customer Service] with proof of purchase and details of the issue.

• Refund Policy: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

6. PRODUCT WARRANTY

• Warranty Period: All Products come with a 12 Months warranty period beginning from the date of delivery.

• Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, and unauthorized modifications.

• Claim Process: Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to [Customer Service] with the product serial number and proof of purchase.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRUTH BIOMEDICAL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products or Services.

All content, including trademarks, logos, and product designs, are the property of TRUTH BIOMEDICAL. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Products are used in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform any of its obligations under these terms due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or any other events beyond its reasonable control.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kolkata , Jurisdiction .

• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in Kolkata Location .

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

TRUTH BIOMEDICAL reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Products or Services signifies acceptance of those changes.
